Making a Collar

Even the plainest cake can be made to look visually stunning when surrounded by a chocolate collar.

  1. Cut a piece of baking paper long enough to wrap around a cake and approximately 10cm deep. Lay it flat on the bench.

  2. Spread melted Unichoc Compounded Chocolate in a thin layer to completely cover the paper.

  3. Wrap the paper around the cake, starting with the centre of the paper at the back edge of the cake, pulling the paper around to join ends at the front.

  4. When the chocolate is set, peel the paper away leaving the chocolate collar in place around the cake.
