Even the plainest cake can be made to look visually stunning when surrounded by a chocolate collar.
- Cut a piece of baking paper long enough to wrap around a cake and approximately 10cm deep. Lay it flat on the bench.
- Spread melted Unichoc Compounded Chocolate in a thin layer to completely cover the paper.
- Wrap the paper around the cake, starting with the centre of the paper at the back edge of the cake, pulling the paper around to join ends at the front.
- When the chocolate is set, peel the paper away leaving the chocolate collar in place around the cake.
