Ingredients
60g butter
¼ cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon Cadbury® Bournville® Cocoa
1 egg, beaten
½ cup self-raising flour
8 Pascall marshmallows
Method
- Melt the butter in a large microwaveproof bowl on High (100% power) for 30 seconds.
- Add the sugar and cocoa. Mix well to dissolve any lumps.
- Add the egg and flour, and stir through with a fork.
- Spoon the mixture into eight triple thickness paper patty pans. Place around the edge of the microwave turntable and cook on High for 1 minute.
- Place a whole marshmallow on the top of each cup cake. Cook on High for 30 seconds or until the marshmallow begins to melt. Remove from the oven immediately.
- Leave to cool.
